COVID-19 STATEMENT & INFO

Hi everyone,

This is just a quick update on how we’re operating to keep our team members safe, to make sure your enquiries are still answered swiftly and to make sure that your orders are flowing.

We are still operating as usual with our full team, however we have introduced various precautions in line with the governments COVID-19 guidelines to ensure our workplace is as safe as possible without disrupting our service. Orders are still being shipped on time, however we are noticing some courier delays in various parts of the country due to the latest COVID-19 guidelines, we have however been assured by our couriers that they are doing their best to minimise delays.

Our Click & Collect service will remain open, and adhere to the governments guidelines, whilst we feel it is still safe to do so, however our reception area remains closed. As that is the case we are continuing to not accept cash as a form of payment and are unfortunately unable to process orders in person. To avoid any delays with Click & Collect orders and to limit the amount of time that customers are at our premises, we recommend to all customers looking to use our Click & Collect service that their order is placed online or over the phone with our sales team prior to making their journey to our premises. We also continue to respect the social distancing rules set out by the government with all Click & Collect orders and ask that you do the same.

We still ask that all customers get in touch via support@wholesalevanaccessories.co.uk whenever possible, as we are able to deal with enquiries and resolve issues much quicker via our support system than over the phones.

Hi everyone,

First of all we would to thank all of our loyal customers for their continued support and understanding during these strange times.

We are now operating with all members of our team in the building, who are working hard to fulfil our customers’ orders as quick as possible. We are doing our best to stick to the usual 2 working day service that we strive to achieve with all orders. With that being said some of the couriers we use are still experiencing a high volume of parcels and as a result some delays are possible, with certain areas of the country being affected more than others.

We continue to have the wellbeing of our team at the forefront of our minds and as a result our reception area remains closed. We are also continuing to not accept cash as a form of payment and recommend to all customers looking to collect in person using our Click & Collect service that their order is placed online or over the phone with our sales team prior to making their journey to our premises. We also continue to respect the social distancing rules set out by the government with all Click & Collect orders.

Due to the high volume of phone calls and orders we are processing, we still ask that all customers get in touch via support@wholesalevanaccessories.co.uk, as we are able to resolve issues quicker via our support system than via our phones.

Hi everyone,

Just a quick update for you all!

We are continuing to fulfil our customers orders, albeit with skeleton staff, and are doing our best to work through the orders and get them out on time within the usual 2 working day service that we strive to achieve with all orders.

With that being said we are operating with skeleton staff so delays may occur with orders that are shipped and delivered on our own delivery vehicles. Our couriers are also experiencing delays which are out of our control. We are very sorry for this, however the safety of our staff is paramount and we are working our hardest to avoid any inconvenience for our customers.

Hi everyone,

We are happy to announce that the Click & Collect option is now available again on our website.

However due to the current COVID-19 situation, you will need to inform us when you plan on collecting your order using the order notes box available during checkout.

As we are doing our best to stick to social distancing rules whilst still offering the best service possible, our reception area is still closed so you will need to give us a call on 0116 409 1078 and inform a member of our team that you are at our premises to collect your order (please have your order number handy as we will use this to check your goods are ready).

A member of our team will then bring your order onto our forecourt and leave it there for you to take away.

Hi everyone,

Just a quick update for you all!

Although we said we would be closed until 14th April we have managed to re-assess the situation, get some staff in to fulfil orders that continue to come in and have made the decision that we will re-open for business and begin shipping orders again on Thursday  2nd April.

Obviously we are adhering to government guidelines and encourage everyone to do the same.
